Brook Arlitt grew up in Central Texas and graduated from Salado High School. She pursued a career in education, graduating from the University of Arkansas @ Fayetteville, Harding University and finally the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor with a doctorate in Education Leadership. Brook followed her career in education administration to Waco in 2011 where she served as Instructional Specialist; Campus Professional Development Coordinator; and Dean of Academics and Special Programs.
Brook transitioned to higher education in 2015 which freed her to explore her life-long interest in real estate. After much research and praying, she jumped in!
Dr. Arlitt is a Christian and thrives on serving others. Anyone who knows her knows she is a dedicated and relentless worker. She is excited about serving in a new capacity and looks forward to using her skills to help families through the real estate process to obtain their dreams.
Brook resides in Woodway and has two daughters that attend Midway ISD. She is a member of the Waco, Texas, and National Associations of Realtors. She looks forward to meeting you!

Brook helped us navigate a bullish real estate market to find the home that met the criteria we originally set. This took time because of how fast the market was moving. It seemed like every time a house we liked came on the market it was under contract before we could see it. I tried to compromise my purchasing goals by upping the budget. Brook helped me refocus, and to remember why I had set the goals I had set. In the end, she found us a great home that met all my criteria. She even did it under budget.
