Professional, joyful, and motivated realtor!
Charlotte did a good job helping me buy a property. Any questions I had Charlotte would find out the answers. Charlotte also sent me some houses on the market that were relative to the specifications I requested. I never felt pressured to buy and was not given the hard sell, only given the facts, which I liked.
I would seek to use her again if I was buying a property or home. I highly recommend Charlotte as your realtor. Great Job Charlotte, thanks you!
Five stars all the way. We relocated from Colorado and had no prior knowledge of the Waco area. Charlotte went above and beyond to assist us with finding our home and financing. We highly recommend her and would most certainly use her services again should the need arise.
I chose Charlotte Siegmund of APEX Coldwell Banker to be my agent, due to her many years of experience and knowledge of the neighborhood I lived in. Charlotte is a longtime resident of the same community we were selling our home. She knew the area well and knew the trends for that neighborhood as well as Waco in general. She was not only kind and easy to speak with, she was honest. She did not try to over-exaggerate the value of my home or neighborhood just to get my business as the other agent had. She worked with me to find a fair market value, gave me suggestions for how to prepare my home for pictures and showings. The quality of the photos were above average and the resources she was able to use through her affiliation with Coldwell Banker set my home above others that were listed nearby. She conducted two well-advertised open houses as well. My family and I were out of town most of the time while our house was listed and she handled everything for us with open and honest communication. I trusted her to care for my home and stay in touch with me every step of the way. And it was through her guidance that I believe we were able to receive a purchase offer above what we’d expected. She did a great job acting as our advocate during the closing, as we were out of town, making sure all issues were resolved before our scheduled appointment time. Lastly, on a personal note, I feel truly blessed to have an agent who was willing to go so far above and beyond her responsibilities as a real estate agent. She even helped us iron out a mail issue after the sale of the home, which was a great help to us. Charlotte was more than just an agent to us. I believe she was a friend. Anyone would be lucky to have her as their real estate agent!
