Trish specializes in helping growing families find the perfect home. As a wife to William and mother to five daughters – Alyssa, Brooke, Camryn, Daisy and Jocelyn – she knows what it’s like to “outgrow” a home! With a heart for Jesus and dedication to putting families first, service and compassion are at the forefront of Trish’s values. She takes time to understand her clients’ needs, guide them through every detail of the process and serve as a champion for their goals. Often described as being selfless, committed, and business savvy, Trish goes out of her way to stay at the top of her industry and exceed each client’s expectations in the sale and purchase of their homes.
A lifelong resident of the Waco area, Trish has always had a deep connection to family and community. After growing up in Hewitt and graduating from Midway High School, she decided to remain in the area close to family and friends.
Before answering her calling to real estate, Trish spent 18 years in the energy industry with half of that time as President of a local consulting firm. She served as a consumer advocate, working alongside local organizations including Caritas Waco, Midway ISD, the City of Woodway and McLennan County, to negotiate energy purchase and savings agreements on their behalf. Her dedication to providing value to clients has saved businesses over $10 million.
Trish and her family reside in Lorena. They’re active in their church and in her free time she enjoys traveling with her family, reading and anything outdoors. Focusing on her passion for community and small business, Trish is an active volunteer and member of the Greater Hewitt Chamber, member of the Lorena PTO Board, and Vice President of the Hewitt Kiwanis, a service organization empowering the community to make a difference one child at a time.
