Rhonda was born in Houston and moved to Waco as a Baylor student in 1981. After graduation, she married her husband, Larry, and made Waco her home. Following a brief teaching career, she became a full-time Mom to her daughters, Kelsey, Brienna, and Peyton while assisting Larry in his new-home construction business. Rhonda is a dedicated volunteer in the community. She has served in many capacities, including: her children's schools; church; the Junior League; the American Cancer Society (Cattle Baron's Ball); and Hospice. Professionally, she is a member of the Waco Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Rhonda is great and helped us find our home in China Spring. She is very helpful in locating a home in the area you want and educating you about potential issues with the property.
Rhonda helped us, not only find our beautiful new home 4 years ago, she went well above and beyond. We were new to Waco and Texas. She filled us with wonderful information, recommendations and highlights of Waco. She even set up tours at local preschools without me even asking AND picked me up and and took me to them while my husband was in a meeting.
Once moved in, she arranged a lunch date with another family she had recently sold a home to in our neighborhood to introduce us. We are friends with that family to this day. I can't say enough about Rhonda's professionalism, knowledge, generosity and patience. Not only an AMAZING Realtor, but a genuine, kind and caring human being. I never want to leave Waco, but if we ever needed a Realtor, she would be the first one I would call. ??
I have only worked with Rhonda a few times and am in the process of relocating to Waco. Rhonda has been very responsive and her knowledge of the area is excellent. Although we have not completed the purchase of a home in Waco, yet, I am confident Rhonda is excellent in her work and I would recommend her to other potential buyers or sellers. I will update my review once we have purchased a home.
