I really enjoy being a Realtor. People ask me what I enjoy most about being in real estate. I like being a problem solver specializing “How Can We” real estate solutions. That is…. How can we find affordable property in this market? Or How can we make this move from our current home to the next level? Actually, there are lots of “How Can We” questions in this business. I specialize in solutions. Helping people find their comfort zone and helping my clients really enjoy the buying and selling process.
My background is well suited to what I do now. I was with Hallmark Cards in sales and moved around the country quite a bit. Buying, selling and being involved with relocation companies sharped my skills in real estate. Having lived in the Waco area since 1993 has helped acquaint me with our whole local market…school districts, shopping, commerce and social aspects are all second nature to me. I am an active member of First Methodist Church of Waco.
I became a Realtor in 2002 when I joined Coldwell Banker Jim Stewart, REALTORS. I am an associate member of the Greater Waco Chamber of Commerce. I believe in being active in the Waco community. I serve and participate in Neighborworks of Waco, A Meals on Wheels volunteer and several committees on the Chamber of Commerce.
I am an SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), was selected Realtor of the Year 2010 and served on the Waco Association of Realtors Board. I have a Sales/Marketing Degree from University of Memphis.
I would like to help you solve your “How Can We” real estate problems.
