Kathy grew up in Mabank, Texas. She was introduced to real estate by her father and developed the desire to be a sales agent from observing him as he bought and sold properties on both the residential and commercial side of real estate.
Kathy is from a Christian home where she was taught morals for living, skills necessary for communicating with people, integrity, and many other life skills needed for success in today's world. She brings those skills with her as she works with clients in selling homes or buying the home of their dreams. She is family centered and feels spending time with family is of the uptmost importance.
Kathy also pursued a degree in education. She received a bachelor of Science degree from Stephen F. Austin University in December 1981 and taught elementary and middle school age students. She taught in Ennis, Waco, Athens, Mabank, and Sulphur Springs where she retired. After retirement from education, Kathy pursued and earned a real estate salesperson license.
She and her husband, Michael chose to move to Waco for the central location to their four adult children and two grandchildren. They are very happy with their choice and love being a part of Waco.
Kathy is a member of the Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She is also a member of the Waco Board of Realtors.
Kathy is very excited to be working with clients through Coldwell Banker Jim Stewart, Realtors!
She shows compassion in caring for her clients by being honest and loyal. She guides them through every step of the process. If you are thinking of selling or buying, give Kathy a call or send her an email. She will reply promptly and is ready to work for you!
Kathy went out of her way to look for houses based on my budget and the type of property I was looking for. Kathy knows the area and the different communities. Kathy made me feel comfortable with the purchasing process.
Kathy is the best in the business. She helped us find a home after searching multiple houses. She was flexible and very informative about the local neighborhoods. I would recommend her to anyone. If you do not use Kathy, you are missing out.
Thank you, Kathy!
Kathy was a huge blessing to us in our journey of moving to Waco. She knew a lot about the area, but I also really really appreciated that if I asked a question that she didn't know, she wouldn't just make an answer up and act like she knew. She would say "I don't know, but Ill find out" and she would. She would do the proper research and come back very quickly to us with the information we needed. She is the type of person that would give you the shirt off her back, we couldn't recommend her highly enough.
